JPL Telecom 575-276-001 - BL-11-USB+P is a ‘Y’ Training Lead. This lead is designed for supervisors to monitor agent calls during training/coaching sessions, and take control if needed. Featuring a USB connection for a PC and two Quick Disconnect (QD) ports for headset connection.

The trainer section of the cable includes a rocker switch to manage microphone priority:
- Full Circle: The trainer can speak; the trainee is muted.
- Half Circle: The trainee can speak; the trainer is muted.

Audio output remains active for both parties throughout the call, ensuring both the trainer and trainee can hear the conversation at all times. British designed to high-quality telco industry standards and is TAA Compliance. ed/hb

Compatible with JPL Telecom and HP/Poly/Plantronics Quick Disconnect (QD) corded headsets. The QD capability allows the headset to be detached without losing the call, ensuring seamless connectivity and flexibility.
