Plantronics (OEM) Avaya/Lucent KS23822 L12 - Modular Base Amplifier Headset Adapter. Sporting the Avaya logo. The Modular Base Amplifier features: volume control, a mute function, off/on button and come with a 10-foot cord with QD (Quick Disconnect) also the cord to connet to the phone. Compatible with all Plantronics "H" Series headset tops with the QD (Quick Disconnect) cord.

Compatible with Avaya - 7403D, 7405D, 7406D, 7410D, 7406, 8403, 8405, 8410D, 8411D, 8434. Also compatible with 7404 and 7407 sets equipped with an adjunct jack.

The One-Touch Operation: Available Only for AT&T Merlin Magix Series: 4424LD+, 4424D+, 4412D+, 4406D+ and Merlin Legend MLX Series.

NOTE:
Manual Operation is a good choice if you plan to use your headset occassionally (e.g., for a few lengthy calls). Manual operation means you must lift the handset in order to use the headset.
