The Siemon Company TAP-110-U3 - 110 Test Adapter 110 to Mod 3-Pair, 6-Position (6P6C) RJ-14 USOC Wiring. The 110 Test Adapter provide a convenient way to test 110-type connecting blocks. These adapter plug directly on any 110-type connecting block and provide a RJ-14 (Tip and Ring) modular jack for connection to Test-equipment or patch cords. It can be used on repair visits to isolate trouble or to test new cable installations. EZ-to-Read Wiring Diagram (USOC 6P6C). It is the only 110 style test adapter that can be attached to both terminated and unterminated 110-type connecting blocks.
