Zoom ZMS-TRAINER - ZoomSwitch Trainer Adapter for 2-Headsets is a simple-to-use training adapter / switch which works with wireless and corded headsets. The Trainer gives managers and supervisors an EZ way to listen in and monitor employees’ calls.

When used with one or two wireless office headsets, the ZoomSwitch Trainer allows employees and employers to train with a second person monitoring without sacrificing mobility.

Setup is quick and EZ. Plug the wireless or corded headset into the adapter for normal one-on-one conversations. When a second headset is plugged into the adapter, mute either or both microphones with the push of a button.

The ZoomSwitch Trainer can be used with: Two connected wireless headsets, one wireless and one corded headset, or two corded headsets.
